Enduring Development

Phase one development was completed and 38,000 square-feet of office space has been fully leased. Phase two is complete with a three-story, 42,000 square-foot building being converted from a warehouse to loft-style offices, featuring exposed beams, brick walls, and an abundance of natural light. Buffalo Collegiate Charter School, the first occupants in this phase, are enjoying their new home. There’s room for your business to find a home here too.
